I have never in my life written a complaint on a company before, but then again, I've never received the terrible customer service, like I did with Great Furniture Deal.This was a terrible process as soon as they received our credit card information.
We dealt with late delivery, terrible customer support and shoddy workmanship. When I tried to get names of the people who could help, I was refused and had to do countless hours of research to find it myself.
Please, please, please save yourself the heartache and headaches and get your furniture someplace else!Buyer Beware!
